From a long time “POOJA PLASTICS” is known for its quality product in sanitary ware. Now this time “POOJA PLASTICS” brings the hygienic miracle in the field of plumbing. Previously standard cast iron pipes use with the usual GI tubes for water transfer which do get corroded with time leading to impure water harmful for health. Why risk your reputation coupled with your client’s health? Both are important for us, therefore our Brand mission provide hygienic miracle in plumbing system, P.P.R. pipes and fittings, which not only safe for drinking water but also for food stuff, pharmaceuticals at very competitive and affordable price. P.P.R. pipes and fittings currently being used in more than 75 countries all over the globe.
Let join hands with us to fight flaws of metals, owing to the proven and researched superiority at our P.P.R. materials. We adopt latest German technology for manufacturing and quality inspection of P.P.R. pipe and its fittings. “POOJA PLASTICS” has own in build testing laboratory for P.P.R. pipe and its fittings. CIPET, DELHI TEST HOUSE, SRIRAM INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH, have approved ‘BVM’ P.P.R. pipes and fittings being physically safe and non carcinogenic, and many other recognized international institutes recognized it for its superior product quality.
“POOJA PLASTIC”, an ISO-9001-2000, Certified Company is pleased to offer you total solution in Plumbing System. We have brought to you the world’s latest “HIGH PRESSURE P.P.-R WELD PLUMBING SYSTEM” in brand name of ‘BVM’,‘RAVI’,‘AURA’. Technical Specification
Environmental friendly and hygienic behavior of PP-R pipe
From last many decades G.I. pipes is used for plumbing and potable water supply of hot and cold water like corrosion, galvanization, calcification etc. Which contaminate the water supply. So it is unhygienic and not safe for our client health. Also manufacturing and fabrication process of G.I. Pipes not environment friendly and cause pollution i.e. air and sound pollution.
PP-R is internationally recognized for its hygienic behavior and hygienic certificate obtained. PP-R is not only safe for drinking water. But also for foodstuff, pharmaceuticals etc. Hygienic behavior of PP-R pipes is test by over –all migration tests as per IS-9845 PP-R pipes manufactured by German technology, which is ecofriendly and not cause any type of pollution.
Material Designation
Polypropylene Random Copolymer type 3 corresponds to German DIN standard.
- DIN 8077 for PP-R dimension.
- DIN 8078 for PP-R general quality requirements and testing.
This material is used in transportation of hot and cold fluids and its resistance to chemical substances. Because of high heat insulation co-efficient it minimize the heat transfer and into the pipe at 0oC temperature in winter. Physiochemical features of PP-R and the fusion welding assure that plumbing system has a perfect seal even the hottest condition. The designation of polypropylene molding material is based on the minimum required strength MRS in water at 20oC for 50 years. By extrapolation the service life of pipe joint assemblies and fittings conforming to this standard may be assumed to be 100 years at 50oC.
Unique & Reliable Joining Procedure Of PP-R Pipes
Joining procedure for PP-R is spot welding, which is fast and reliable method of joining. Follow following steps for safe and leak proof joining.
1. Take PP-R pipe, which is to be weld and mount on welding machine.
2. Give supply of 230 volt to welding machine.
3. When lamp of machine gets off that mean machine ready to weld.
4. Place pipe ends or fittings on machine jig. Heat them properly for good joint but avoid overheating.
The processing times, like heating, fusion and cooling, are shown in the table below:
